IB Thermal, 22/11/2024: Odisha Power Generation Corporation ltd. today organized a multi-specialist health check-up camp at Remenda Gram Panchayat under Lakhanpur block of Jharsuguda district.
Naib Sarpanch Sabitri Pere inaugurated the camp in the presence of Dr. R.K.Mishra, Dr. K.K.Mishra, Himansu Bhusan Behera Senior Manager (Corporate Communication & CSR) along with CSR team, Doctors and medical team of IB Thermal Power Station. A team of doctors comprising of Dr. R.K Mishra (Medicine), Dr. K.K.Mishra both of IB Thermal Hospital along with specialist doctors specially invited by OPGC for this camp Dr. Pritiranjan Patra (Orthopedics), Dr. Varsha Gupta (Gynecologist) and Dr. Soumyabrata Panda (Pediatrician) from Jharsuguda & Sambalpur, examined the incoming patients.
The patients were given consultation and medicine in the camp. Total 269 patients from 08 villages such as Remenda, Bisipali, Sadera, Bhutia, Ainlajharan, Pechakanta, Naikdera Pandri etc, were treated in this camp. The patients were checked up for ailments like Melasma, HTN, D.M, General weakness, Dermatitis, Pyrexia, A.R.I, LBA, APD, Impetigo, Amenorrhea, knee pain, Acute gastritis, Def vision, LRTI, Cough and headache, & UTI etc..
The camp was coordinated by CSR team of OPGC which includes Himansu Bhusan Behera, Rajendra Sa, Tapas Panda, and Biren Bishi with support from Staff of IB Thermal hospital Puspa sunita Ekka, Pravat Ku Barik, Rita James, Sandhyarani Kisan, Ratan Kumar Pradhan, Abhimanu Bhoi, Dubraj Kisan, Dillip Deep and Karna Bag. Under the CSR programme of OPGC many such multi-specialty camps shall be organized in coming months of this financial year.
