Bhubaneswar, 17/12: In a major development, IAS Bishnupada Sethi, who has been summoned by the CBI,has been transferred by the Odisha government and appointed as Officer on Special Duty, General Administration & Public Grievance Department.
Sethi was the Principal Secretary of Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department and ST&SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department
