SUBARNAPUR , 21/12—- Mr.Bipin Kumar Dehuri, OIS-I, General Manager (GM), District Industries Center(DIC), Subarnapur has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and taking bribe of Rs.5000/- from a Complainant to process and approve loan application of complt for sanction of a loan under Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program (PMEGP) in his favour. The entire bribe money has been recovered from possession of accused Mr. Dehuri and seized .
Following the successful trap, simultaneous searches are going on at three locations of Mr.Dehuri, GM, DIC, Subarnapur from DA angle. In this connection,Sambalpur Vigilance PS Case No. 32 dt.20.12.2024 U/s 7 P.C(Amendment)Act, 2018 has been registered.Investigation is in progress against accused Mr.Dehuri.Report – Ugrasen Karmi.
