The 28th foundation day program of BJD was organized at the Shankha Bhawan in Bhubaneswar. At the event he said that BJD will continue to fight against the central government’s apathy while protecting Odisha’s interests. BJD has helped Odisha become a prosperous and strong state. Odisha is now sending food to foreign countries.
Further he said that, the number of poor people in Odisha has decreased. Per capita income is increasing and it has become a model state in disaster management. Odisha is a leading state in the field of women empowerment and economic discipline. Odisha has earned the reputation of the Sports Capital all over the world.
Naveen reveals the reason for the defeat
On this occasion, Naveen revealed the reason for the party’s defeat in the general elections 2024. He said that the main reason for the defeat was the inability to counter the BJP’s negative propaganda, false rumors and false promises. On this occasion, he advised to be active on social media and give a befitting reply to the BJP’s false narratives.
Recently BJD had submitted a petition to the Election Commission regarding irregularities in the election process. In response to this question, Naveen said that there is an indication in that direction. It needs to be examined in detail. Naveen also said that if the election is held on paper ballots, then the BJD will support it.
Now a bill has been introduced regarding one nation, one election. Naveen said that the BJD is reviewing it. In addition, Naveen alleged that no allegations have been made against BJP regarding the voting machines.
