Odisha Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja’s service period extended for 1 year from January 1, 2025,

Bhubaneswar: The Appointment Committee of the Odisha Cabinet has reportedly extended the service period of Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, IAS for a period of 1 year from 01.01.2025.As per reports, the Appointment Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has extended the service period of Odisha Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja for a period of 1 year from January 1, 2025.It is to be noted that the tenure of Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja was going to expire on December 31, 2024. A 1990 batch IAS, Ahuja was appointed as the Chief Secretary of Odisha in July 2024.He was appointed as the Chief Secretary of Odisha on July 1, 2024 by the present government of Odisha after its swearing-in ceremony. On the request of Odisha government, he was deputed back to Odisha from the Centre.
