Congress announces Pyari Didi scheme to give Rs 2,500/month to women as part of poll guarantees

New Delhi, 6/1: With the Delhi Assembly Elections round the corner, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar on Monday unveiled the first of the Congress’ guarantess in the national capital.

Speaking at a press conference, Shivakumar announced the ‘Pyari Didi’ scheme, which will provide Rs 2,500 to women per month.
