Madhya Pradesh: Decomposed body of woman found in refrigerator after 11 months of death

Dewas: In a shocking and heart rendering incident, the decomposed body of a woman was found in a refrigerator in Madhya Pradesh at a rented accommodation said reports on Saturday in this regard. According to reports, the woman was allegedly killed 11 months ago. The neighbors complained of foul smell emanating from the house and informed the police. The house owner was called and then the incident came to light. The house owner claimed that the previous tenant had vacated the house and left. But he further added that he had with prior permission stored a few items and lock up a room. Among the items was a fridge. The house owner had switched off the power supply of the house as it was empty. Later the neighbors complained of the foul smell. The police then suspected that it was emanating from the fridge. There was shock when the refrigerator was opened. The decomposed body of a woman wearing a saree and jewelry toppled out of the fridge. She is said to be around 30-years-old. Upon investigation the house had been rented to a man identified as Sanjay Patidar who was a resident of Ujjain. He has been arrested. The police is investigating into the details of the case. However, the neighbors claim that the body is of the live-in partner of the tenant. They say that all of  sudden she had vanished.  The police is investigating further.
