Nagpur, 6/2: Riding on half-centuries from Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer and Axar Patel India beat England by four wickets in the first One-Day International at Nagpur.
Earlier, Pacer Harshit Rana impressed on his ODI debut with a three-wicket haul as the hosts India bowled out the visitors for a below-par 248 despite half-centuries from Jos Buttler and Jacob Bethell.
The hosts chased down the target with 11.2 overs overs to spare. Second match of the three-match series will be held at Cuttack on Sunday
