7 Pakistani infiltrators killed in Jammu and Kashmir

Krishna Ghati: In a major success to the Indian army, as many as seven Pakistani infiltrators were killed in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. It has been reported that the incident took place at the Line Of Control (LoC) at Krishna Ghati area in Jammu and Kashmir. Where seven Pakistani infiltrators, including Al-Badr militants and Pakistani Army personnel, were killed. It has been alleged that the seven had been neutralized on February 4 and February 5 while attempting a BAT (Border Action Team) operation on an Indian post. Official details awaited. In a shocking incident on February 3, an ex-serviceman was shot dead in Jammu and Kashmir said reports. The incident occured in Behibagh area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam. The ex-serviceman was identified as Manzoor Ahmad Wagay. He was shot dead by terrorists and in the same incident, his wife and daughter were injured. The terrorists opened fire on the retired soldier, his wife and daughter from close range. Three of them were injured in this. They were rushed to a nearby hospital. However, Manzoor lost his life while undergoing treatment at the hospital as he had sustained several bullet wounds on his stomach and there was severe loss of blood. His wife and daughter were shot in the legs. They are undergoing treatment in the hospital. The condition of both of them is stable now. After the terrorist attack, a team of police, army and CRPF jawans reached the spot. A cordon and search operation has been launched to nab the terrorists. Meanwhile, senior security officials have also reached the spot to assess the situation.
