Sarathi Baba allowed conditional visit to Kendrapara but not to Barimul Ashram: High Court

Cuttack: Sarathi Baba alias Santosh Raul has reportedly been allowed conditional visit to Kendrapara. However, he is still restricted entry to his Ashram in Barimul. The Orissa High Court on Wednesday reportedly has ruled that selft declared God man, the controversial Sarathi Baba can visit Kendrapara with the condition that he cannot night stay there. Further, he can visit Kendrapara only once in two months. The Court has allowed him the conditional visit permission keeping the health condition of Sarathi Baba’s brother. His brother’s health condition is not good these days. The Court said that Sarathi Baba cannot spend the night in Kendrapara. He can visit between 5:30 am and 5 pm. And for this, he will have to inform the trial Court seven days prior to his visit. He is also required to inform Police about his visit. It is to be noted that Sarathi Baba, a self-proclaimed godman, was embroiled in a controversy surrounding his Barimul ashram in Kendrapara, Odisha. Accusations of sexual exploitation, financial irregularities, and other illicit activities led to widespread outrage and protests, forcing the authorities to take action.
