Odia Pakhya: Odisha Hosts Grand ‘Aitihya Ganadouda’ Marathon To Celebrate Cultural Heritage

Bhubaneswar: As part of the ongoing Odia Pakhya celebrations, the Sports and Youth Services Department organized the “Aitihya Ganadouda” (marathon) today in Bhubaneswar. Starting from the historic Khandagiri and concluding at Kalinga Studio Square, the marathon saw participation from hundreds of enthusiastic citizens, including youth, cultural enthusiasts, and dignitaries. The event was marked by exuberant cultural performances, spirited participation, and a deep sense of cultural pride. Speaking at the event, Suryabanshi Suraj, the Minister for Higher Education, Sports & Youth Services, and Odia Language, Literature & Culture, emphasized the importance of preserving Odisha’s rich cultural heritage.
