Balasore:(Correspondent) :- In line with its continued commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of operational and service excellence, TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) recently conducted an intensive upskilling initiative titled “Mu Padhibi, Mu Badhibi” (I Will Learn, I Will Grow). The program was held at the company’s state-of-the-art Skill Development Centers (HOTT) in Joda and Balasore.
The training was designed specifically for linemen the backbone of power distribution with a focus on enhancing safety practices, customer service, communication, and teamwork. These areas were carefully chosen to align with TPNODL’s core values and operational goals, emphasizing the importance of frontline empowerment in delivering reliable and customer-centric power solutions.
Distinguished leadership including Mr. Dwijadas Basak, CEO of TPNODL, Mr. Nilesh Potphode, Chief Operation Services, and Mr. Ramendra Banik, Head Human Resources, energized the lineman in sessions. They interacted with the trainees, emphasizing the vital role linemen play in ensuring uninterrupted power supply and reinforcing the organization’s dedication to their growth and well-being.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Basak said, “Our linemen are the true heroes who ensure power reaches every corner of Northern Odisha. With the ‘Mu Padhibi, Mu Badhibi’ initiative, we aim to strengthen their skillsets, boost their morale, and equip them to deliver excellence with safety and integrity.”
