Kalahandi: In a latest development in the murder case of BJP leader Fakir Rana, the deceased’s wife has filed a case in the police station. Acting upon the complaint, the police has detained two suspects. Police has also informed that two other suspects are on the run.According to reports, the BJP leader Fakir Rana of Dama Karlakhunta Panchayat of Madanpur Rampur Police Station, was stabbed to death in Kalahandi district on Wednesday.The BJP leader was returning home after finishing work when some unknown miscreants attacked him and stabbed him to death in front of the Panchayat office then fled from the scene. Note that the deceased Fakir Rana is the husband of Sarpanch Snigdha Rana.Madanpur Rampur Police Station personnel and Kesinga SDPO are investigating the murder case. Police have raided various places to arrest the suspects.Police is also investigating who killed the BJP leader Fakir Rana and the motive behind the murder of the leader.
