Bhubaneswar: Suspended BJP youth leader Prakash Paswan (35) was arrested by Raurkela Police in Bihar on Wednesday, 11 days after he went into hiding in connection with the Panposh Circuit House firearm seizure case.According to reports, the arrest was made from Samastipur in Bihar. Paswan had been absconding since August 14.Paswan is alleged to be the mastermind behind sheltering criminals along with firearms and ammunition at the government Circuit House in Raurkela.Meanwhile, Police are taking steps to bring him to Raurkela for interrogation. A non-bailable warrant had been issued against him by the Panposh SDJM Court.Notably, serving as a state executive member of BJP Yuva Morcha before his suspension, Paswan landed in trouble after RN Pali police arrested two criminals with firearms and live bullets from the Circuit House. Subsequently, five other criminals with firearms were arrested.
