Jallikattu out of oscars 2021 race in best international feature film category

Mumbai, 10/2 (AO Bureau)Malayalam film ‘Jallikattu’ is out of the race for the 93rd Academy Awards, 2021. The film was included in the Best International Feature Film category. Films from 93 countries were included in this list, which is the highest ever in the history of Oscar. This film was presented on behalf of India. The film has won Indian and foreign awards before going to the Oscars. The Academy has presented a list of short-listed films in the race for the award. The Malayalam film ‘Jallikattu’ by director Lijo Jose Pelissery was sent by India.
