Bhubaneswar, 3/10: In a shocking development, veteran leader and five time MLA from Padampur constituency, Bijay Ranjan Singh Bariha breathed his last at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar .He was 65 years old.
According to reports, he was undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
