Bhubaneswar,4/10: In a big development, Biju Janata Dal(BJD) has appointed MP Manas Ranjan Mangaraj as Chief Whip of the party in Rajya Sabha with immediate effect .
“Manas Ranjan Mangaraj, MP, Rajya Sabha is hereby appointed as Chief Whip of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in Rajya Sabha with immediate effect,” the party said in a release.
