Congress mulls drastic changes in 3 states after election defeats

New Delhi, 5/12: Shocked by the rout in the Assembly elections, Congress top leadership is contemplating “drastic changes” in the state units of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh after a “thorough introspection” on what went wrong in these states.

The party leadership did not expect to lose Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh while they were prepared to face a defeat in Rajasthan, which however came up with results that were not as bad as they expected.
