Puducherry, 2/4 (AO Bureau) : Voting for the assembly elections in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry is to be held on 6 April. Meanwhile, senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge has on Thursday questioned the ideology of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He appealed to the people of Puducherry and Tamil Nadu not to allow BJP to enter the state. In two of the five states, West Bengal (West Bengal) and Assam (Assam), two phases have been voted.
According to the news agency ANI, on Thursday, Kharge said, ‘RSS and BJP are like poison. If you taste them, you will die. He said, ‘They have somehow reached Karnataka. Do not let this poisonous ideology enter Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Polling for the 30 assembly seats in Puducherry is scheduled for April 6. Here 5 seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes. 10 lakh 2 thousand 589 voters will elect candidates for Puducherry Assembly.
