New Delhi, 15/3: Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar welcomed the two newly-appointed Election Commissioners— Shri Gyanesh Kumar and Dr Sukhbir Singh Sandhu — who arrived at the Commission’s office in Delhi on Friday, and took charge, said the spokesperson of Election Commission of India.
