Bhubaneswar, 27/8: In a major development, BJP candidate Mamata Mohanta has been declared elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha from Odisha in the recent by-poll. As the sole candidate, she received the certificate from the Rajya Sabha election returning officer.She was greeted by CM Mohan Majhi.
