New Delhi, 3/5 (AO Bureau):In a major development President of India has approved the compulsory retirement of IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak
Pathak has been in judicial custody since November 2020. He has also been charged by the Vigilance of possessing disproportionate assets and corruption.
Earlier State government had recommended for compulsory retirement of Abhay Kanta Pathak 1987 batch Odisha Cadre IFS officer
