Assam, 8/5 (Ao Bureau,)There is a lot of speculation about the victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Assam for the post of Chief Minister. Meanwhile, the state’s Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Health Minister Hemant Biswa Sarma have been called to Delhi. The CM issue is to be discussed with both the top leaders of the state. In the results of the assembly elections released on May 2, the BJP won and returned to power in the state.
According to report, Sonowal and Sharma have been asked to reach Delhi by 10 pm today. According to the report, sources said that the party wants to discuss the issue with the two leaders before taking a final decision. It is being told that the party has done this to avoid the possibility of factionalism in the state. It is being said that this decision will not be easy for the BJP. On one hand, the image of Sarbananda Sonowal is quite good. On the other hand, Sharma has been playing the role of troubleshooter of the party.
