Nuapada: In a shocking incident a man has allegedly killed his 14 month old toddler son and 10 year old minor daughter in Nuapada district of Odisha recently. The gruesome incident took place in the Kothiapada village under Boden Police Station limits.The accused has been identified as Kishore Majhi of Kutiapada village under Boden Police limits.As per reports, the man slit throat of his 10-year-old daughter with a knife after drowning his 14 year old toddler son in water while his wife was not at the house.Later, the accused left the body of the dead child in the house and fled from the scene. The seriously injured girl was rescued by locals and admitted to the Boden community health center for treatment.While the doctor of the health center declared the son dead, the treatment of the girl in critical condition is going on.According to Police, the crime has been committed due to family dispute.While the accused is yet to be arrested, further investigation of the case is underway.
