Tamil Nadu is not against Hindi but opposes its imposition: Udhayanidhi Stalin

Kozhikode, 11/2:: Deploring that many north Indian states lacked a film industry of their own to protect their identity and cultural ethos, as the south does, Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Saturday said if states failed to to protect their own languages, then Hindi will take over and erode their identities

This was the reason why the Dravidian movement is against Hindi imposition, but it did not have any animosity towards that language, he said
