Sambalpur:(Correspondent):- Aditya Aluminum Lapanga, organised Farmer’s Day 2025, at R&R Colony Ludhapalli.Country’s progress lies in agricultural development. Through Project Samridhi, institution building & capacity building of the farmers in the region has continued with remarkable progress in sustainable Agriculture Practice in Aditya Aluminium. Continuous efforts to increase the capacity of the solar powered water pump project, and 57 entrepreneurial farmers have been involved in this project for the current year. Awareness about the various schemes of the government and coordination with departmental officials has been providing various facilities. Mr. Himanshu Shekhar Sahu, DDH participated as the keynote speaker in this program and discussed various schemes in detail. He also thanked Aditya authorities for the development of the region in terms of education, health and livelihood. Mr. Jagannath Prasad Nayak, Unit Head, inspired the farmer friends by giving a message for the opportunity of massive transformation in the agriculture sector in partnership with various schemes of the government. Shri Vinoda Nand Thakur, Head of Human Resources, promised to accelerate the improvement process towards the development of the region. In the program, Dr. Sanjukta Mohapatra Asst.Director, KVK, Dr. Amrita Panda,Block Veterinary Department, Mr. Ashish Mishra Soil management specialist , Veterinary Surgeon Shubhashree Jena, Block Agriculture Officer and Dr. Amrita Panda, AVO participated and made the program a success. More than 550 farmers participated in the program.The program was successfully organized with the help and cooperation of the R & R colony, Bhalududia Committee members and under the guidance of Mr. Manoranjan Behera, Deputy Manager, CSR & RR. The program was highly appreciated
