New Delhi, 15/1: The Union Home Ministry has authorised the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to prosecute former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader Manish Sisodia under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) for his alleged involvement in money laundering related to the liquor scam case, ANI reported citing sources.
This comes ahead of the Delhi Assembly Elections scheduled to be held on February 5
