SUBARNAPUR, 12/3 — Police are carrying out ganja smuggling. While carrying ganja on a scooty, the police have arrested a home guard and another person and produced them in court. Binika police. While patrolling in Subarnapur district, Binika police stopped two youths on a scooty near the electricity grid on Papakshay road. The police stopped the scooty and checked it. 7 kg 650 grams of ganja was found in the scooty. Later, the ganja was seized and two youths were arrested. One of them is Nityananda Sandha of Dhaurakhaman village, Sonepur police station, Subarnapur district, while the other is Prashant Sandha, who works as a home guard in Sonepur police. Police Home Guard Prashant Sandha and Nityananda Sandha OD-31-G-6723 Activa Jagannath road was coming to Binika site on a Activa scooty.
