Tripura, 13/7: A 19-year-old female student from Tripura has been missing in Delhi since July 7. Identified as Sneha Debnath, a student of Delhi University’s Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, reportedly had a telephonic conversation with her family last Monday.
