New Delhi, 14/8: The Supreme Court on Thursday set aside the Karnataka government High Court’s order granting bail to Kannada film actor Darshan in the Renukaswamy murder case and cautioned jail officials against giving VIP treatment to the accused inside the prison , saying noone is above the law.
A bench of Justices J B Pardiwala and R Mahadevan allowed the appeal filed by the Karnataka government.
