64th Teachers’ Day Adani Foundation Felicitates Retired Teachers

Dhamra, 5.09.2025: Adani Foundation, the CSR arm of Dhamra Port Company Limited, celebrated the 64th Teachers’ Day at the Adani Skill Development Centre, Kuamara. Continuing its annual tradition, the Foundation felicitated 10 retired teachers from across Bhadrak district in recognition of their lifelong contributions to education and society.

The honored teachers included Smt. Bijayanee Moharana, Smt. Anulata Nayak, Mr. Manmatha Kumar Rout, Mr. Shailendra Narayan Patil, Mr. Kishore Chandra Barik, Mr. Ajay Kumar Nayak, Mr. Tarun Kumar Das, Mr. Siba Prasad Rout, Mr. Rabi Kumar Das, and Mr. Benimadhab Maity.

Each of them has played a pivotal role in shaping young minds and nurturing future citizens, with several receiving recognition at state and national levels for their dedication and service. The event was graced by Mr. Ranjit Jena, CRCC of Dosinga and Paiksahi clusters, and Mr. Trilochan Das, CRCC of Karanjainal and Kuamara clusters, along with teachers, students, and community members from nearby schools. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Devendra Thakar, CEO of Dhamra Port, highlighted the vital role of teachers as nation-builders and reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to supporting education and community development in the region.
