Dharwad, 18/10: “The Constitution grants the right to form associations. Hence, banning the RSS would be unconstitutional,” said former Supreme Court judge Justice Santosh Hegde.
Responding to reporters’ questions in Dharwad about the Congress government’s reported move to ban the RSS, he said, “If the BJP comes to power, they will ban the Congress. This is just their political game.”
