JK Pur / Rayagada:The 141st Foundation Day of the renowned industrial establishment, JK Paper Mill, located at JK Pur in Rayagada district, was celebrated on Wednesday with great enthusiasm and pride. A special programme was organised on the mill premises, which was attended by senior company officials, employees from various departments, and representatives of labour unions.
On the occasion, employees who have rendered long and dedicated service to the company were felicitated. A total of 134 employees from the 2000 batch were honoured for completing 25 years of service and were presented with mementoes and ceremonial shawls. Similarly, employees who have completed more than 40 years of service were honoured with silver plaques. The Executive Vice President of JK Paper Mill personally presented the honours and encouraged the employees for their continued dedication.
Speakers on the occasion highlighted the glorious 141-year history of JK Paper Mill, its significant contribution to the industrial sector, and its role in the socio-economic development of Rayagada district. It was also stated that the company would continue to give greater emphasis on enhancing production capacity, environmental protection, and employee welfare in the coming days.
