New Delhi, 13/1: The Supreme Court continued to hear the stray dogs case on Tuesday with one of the judges saying that they will likely impose heavy compensation to be paid by state for every every dog bite, death or injury caused to children or elderly.
LiveLaw reported that a bench comprised Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta and N V Anjaria while hearing the case said, “For every dog bite, death or injury caused to children or elderly, we are likely going to fix heavy compensation by ଷ୍ଟେଟ.
