Bhubaneswar: Odisha women beneficiaries received the Subhadra Yojana money today.A major boost for women empowerment in Odisha as Rs. 250 crores of Subhadra Yojana assistance hit the beneficiaries’ accounts today. A total of 4,57,681 women received the installment, including 1,78,398 new beneficiaries and 2,55,265 who missed earlier installments.A total of 4,57,681 women received Subhadra instalment money, including 1,78,398 new beneficiaries and 2,55,265 who were earlier left out of the first and second instalments. These beneficiaries received two instalments of Rs.10,000 at once. Additionally, 24,016 beneficiaries were included in the scheme after grievance hearings.A total of Rs. 250 crore was credited to the beneficiaries’ accounts under Odisha’s Subhadra scheme.
