Chennai,3/7: In his assembly speech on June 23, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay was categorical that he would neither touch people’s money nor would he spare anyone who had indulged in corruption in the past, reiterating his promise of graft-free governance.Just nine days later, on Thursday, Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) rolled out the red carpet to an array of AIADMK leaders, including C Vijayabaskar and M R Vijayabhaskar — both former ministers facing serious corruption and land-grabbing charges currently being probed by the CBI and the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC)
