New Delhi, 22/7: Activist and educator Sonam Wangchuk said on Wednesday he would end his indefinite hunger strike if the Centre would give a clear assurance that no retaliatory or punitive action would be taken against the individuals who participated in the protest against examination irregularities.In a letter to the two ministers, Wangchuk said that J P Nadda and Jitendra Singh, who visited him at the Medanta Hospital on Tuesday night, assured him that the government would positively consider providing compensation to the families of students.
