Patna, 14/10: Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad gave away the party ticket to several candidates until his son and heir apparent Tejashwi Yadav, early on Tuesday, pointed out that the I.N.D.I.A. bloc, helmed in Bihar by the RJD, was yet to announce a seat seat-sharing formula for the Assembly election formally.
A stampede-like situation was witnessed on Monday evening outside 10, Circular Road, the bungalow allotted to the RJD supremo’s wife and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, when the couple returned from Delhi, where they had appeared before a court.
