Patna, 6/12: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar announced that the state will conduct a caste-based census “for the benefit of the people”, ANI reported.
“We are doing this to understand other aspects as well and work for development accordingly. A caste-based census is important for the nation’s growth as well,” Kumar said.
