Bhubaneswar , 7/10: In a major development, Congress announced Ghasiram Majhi as its candidate for the upcoming bypoll to the Nuapada Assembly seat in Odisha. The decision was approved by party president Mallikarjun Kharge, AICC General Secretary K.C. Venugopal said in a statement.
