Paradeep : Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO) Paradeep on dated 17.09.2025
arranged a mega plantation drive “Ek Ped, Maa Ke Nam” in two sites inside its
premises.
Hon’ble Prime Minister has declared 17 th September2025 as a special day for
massive plantation drive in the country to preserve and protect our environment and
it is observed as “Ek Ped Maa Ke Nam”. Today, IFFCO has planted 20,000 saplings
inside its premises to commemorate “Ek Ped Maa Ke Nam” in 20 acres of land.
ADM, Paradeep Sh.Niranjan Behera grace this noble occasion in presence of Unit
Head of IFFCO Paradeep Unit Sh.P.K.Mahapatra and other senior Officials namely,
Sh S.P.Rath,GM(Nano),Sh.K.R.N.Murty, GM(Production), Sh.O.P. Yadav,
GM(Tech.) Sh.A.N.Ojha, GM(Maint.), Sh.D.Nayak, GM(Finance), Shri R.K.Swain Jt.
General Manager (Fire & Safety), Sh.B.N.Tudu, JT.GM(Purchase), Sh.A.K.Singha,
Jt.GM(Electrical.), Sh.P.K.Sahu, Jt.GM(Civil), Sh.S.K.Ghosh,Jt.GM(Fin.) and
Sh.B.K.Parida, Dy.General Manager(P&A) , Sh.Mukesh Khanna, State Head,
IFFDC, Sh Debashis Mohanty,Manager(EPC), Sh Debabrat Patnaik ,Dy.
Manager(Admn.) ,Sh Gyanendra Sundray, Dy.Manager (HR) Shri Prasanna Beura,
Public Relation Officer & Sh Dilip kumar Dora were present on this occasion and
actively participated in the plantation programme . This year IFFCO has planned to
plant adequate numbers of saplings within its premises with the active participation
of employees .
