New Delhi,, 10/3: Three months after the airline’s service went into a tailspin following mismanagement, IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers on Monday resigned from the post with immediate effect citing “personal reasons” while promoter Rahul Bhatia took charge of the management affairs.
The InterGlobe Aviation Ltd, which runs IndiGo, informed the stock market in the evening about its Board of Directors accepting the resignation of Elbers and decision to relieve him of the service by the close of business hours of the day.
