Jajpur: As many as three roadside shops caught fire in Jajpur district of Odisha yesterday night. These shops are located near a petrol pump but fortunately the fire did not spread to the pump. The fire mishap took place near Mishri Lal petrol pump in Byasanagar town of Jajpur district. As per reports, three roadside shops burnt to ashes following a fire mishap in Jajpur district on Wednesday. Reportedly, at 4 am today, a security guard saw a sudden fire coming from a shop near Mishri Lal petrol pump on Jajpur Road and informed the fire brigade. The fire brigade reached the spot and doused the fire. The cause of the fire is unclear. On the other hand, other shops adjacent to this shop have been slightly damaged by the fire.
