Jindal Stainless releases its first-ever Integrated Report, reinforcing commitment to sustainability and responsible manufacturing

Bhubaneswar, September 25, 2025: Jindal Stainless, India’s largest stainless-steel manufacturer, published its first-ever Integrated Report for FY25. The publication reflects the company’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.

The Integrated Report has been developed in accordance with the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) framework and aligns with leading global sustainability reporting standards.Themed “Forged in India, built for the World,” the report captures the company’s dual focus on bold business growth and responsible manufacturing, while underscoring its vision to emerge as a global leader in stainless solutions.

The Integrated Report provides a comprehensive view of the company’s performance, combining financial and non-financial disclosures across areas such as environmental stewardship, social impact, and governance practices. It highlights the company’s efforts in decarbonization, as it targets a 50% reduction in CO2e emissions by 2035 and Net Zero by 2050. It also highlights Jindal Stainless’ on-ground initiatives to empower the communities surrounding its manufacturing plants in Hisar, Haryana, and Jajpur, Odisha.

In a nod to its cultural roots, the design of the report features traditional Saura art from Odisha, paying homage to the state that houses Jindal Stainless’ largest manufacturing plant in Jajpur. This creative integration underscores the company’s deep connection with local communities while reflecting its vision of building globally relevant solutions rooted in Indian values.
