Barbil:(Correspondent):- JSW Steel, Odisha has been awarded the prestigious Mining and Minerals Excellence Award at the 11th Asian Mining Congress, held recently in Kolkata. The event was organized by the Mining, Geological & Metallurgical Institute of India (MGMI) and brought together leading voices from across the mining and minerals sector.
JSW Steel was recognized in the category of “Mining Company of the Year – Private Sector” for its outstanding contributions to the industry. Mr. Anukul Chandra Biswal, AVP – Mining Operations, accepted the award on behalf of the company, accompanied by his team.
The award ceremony was graced by Mr. Satish Jha, Chairman and Managing Director of Eastern Coalfields Ltd, along with other distinguished dignitaries from the mining fraternity, government, and academia.
