Bangalore, 22/1:Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot on Thursday curtailed his speech and read only three sentences as Congress members protested in the Karnataka Assembly.
walked out of the Assembly without reading the entire government-drafted speech. On Wednesday, Gehlot had refused to address the joint session of the legislature if 11 paragraphs of the speech drafted by the Congress governmet.
