Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has appointed IRTS officer Kaustuva Dipta Pany as Joint Secretary to the Government of Odisha’s Commerce & Transport Department.The General Administration and Public Grievance Department has issued a notification in this regard.A 2016 batch officer, Pany, who is currently serving in the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, will join his new role on foreign service terms and conditions for a period of three years, effective September 9, 2025.In addition to his new duties as Joint Secretary, Pany will continue to hold the charge of Commissioner, Rail Co-ordination.
