Thiruvananthapuram, 3/8: A doctor in Kerala’s Kannur, known for charging a very nominal fee of Rs 2, passed away at the age of 80 on Sunday.
Dr A K Rairu Gopal, popularly known as ‘two rupee doctor’, even used to provide free consultation and medicines to financially weak patients at his home clinic. Dr Gopal, was a second generation doctor and used to say that if you want to mint money there are many other profession.
