KIIT professor awarded with Registered Technology Transfer Professional
Dr. Amaresh Panda has been conferred with the prestigious international status of Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) by the Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP) at New Delhi. He is the first Odia to achieve this globally recognised distinction. RTTP represents the international professional gold standard for practitioners in knowledge exchange (KE), knowledge transfer (KT), and technology transfer (TT), recognising proven competence across the full spectrum of technology commercialisation—ranging from IP strategy and valuation to university–industry collaboration and start-up creation.

He has made significant and sustained contributions to IP commercialisation, technology and IP valuation, IP portfolio management, capacity building, and innovation ecosystem development, strengthening academia–industry linkages in India.
The honour was formally presented by Alwin Wong, Chair–ATTP, in the distinguished presence of Joy Goswami, Chair–AUTM (USA), Vijay Raghavan, President–STEM India, and other eminent national and international dignitaries.
