New Delhi, 31/7: In a big political development, Mamata Mohanta, a prominent leader of the Kudumi community in Odisha, has resigned from the Rajya Sabha. Apart from this, Mohanta has also resigned from the primary membership of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD).
